At Iron Minds we offer a unique type of therapy. In a series of 12 lessons we use a blend of modern psychotherapy and ancient Stoic philosophy to help clients build mental resilience. By breaking down the philosophy and cognitive behavioral science into tangible steps, clients can see progress in real time.
You can either work through the material independently (online, via document download, or with a workbook sent to you in the mail) or you can work through the material with a mentor via email and text communication.
Our stoic coach understands trauma subjectively and objectively. The program uses written communication to afford clients the opportunity to complete work and address feedback on their own time. Written communication and a workbook of strategies leave clients with a paper trail of guidance, technique and tangible tools for mental resilience.
